I, Merrick McEwan, was just a boy when I first disobeyed the handyman of our new estate, and stepped into the darkness offered by the forest of Ravenshire. "Pay heed, never enter beyond the shadows of the dark and sinister branches of Ravenshire. For strange and awful things are bound to befall on those that do," was the warning I was given. My adventures within Ravenshire have been nothing short of unbelievable and I have chronicled these amazing experiences in my journal to record and prove that I was not imagining things. My persistence and stubbornness continually lured me back into the forest until I found the source behind the suspense and danger of Ravenshire.
